An underground fire is slowly making its way towards a long-buried radioactive waste dumpsite left over from the WWII Manhattan Project outside of St. Louis, MO. Citizens there near the West Lake Landfill are learning to fight back to prevent a disaster in the making. Discussion moderated by a member of NEIS will follow the film.
